Please take note of some new phone, PDA and scheduling options available
to Fuqua faculty, staff and PhD students.

1. MeetingMaker Mobile is available and can extend your calendar to your
mobile device. Your MeetingMaker personal can now be accessed from
Pocket PCs, SmartPhones, Palm OS, and Symbian mobile devices using
cellular wireless, WiFi or cradle synchronization options. Please
contact your technical support resource or the TSC if you are interested
in using this new technology.

2. New functionality has been added to Team Tools that automatically
creates a Meeting Maker scheduling group when you create your team. This
handy time-saver eliminates the need to individually invite people to
your meeting.  To use the new feature within Meeting Maker, while in the
"Create Activity/Meeting" screen click

   Edit List
   Show All
   Favorites
   TeamToolsTeams (list of your Team Tools scheduling groups)
   Click on the team you wish to include in the guest list. Team
members will automatically be added to the guest list.

3. New Windows Mobile phone/PDA devices are available through OIT and
Verizon. Other than the Blackberry, all of the phones/devices will
interoperate with both Duke e-mail and your Meeting Maker calendar.
