DukeMail (NetID) users will be unable to access their email through Outlook, Thunderbird or Webmail. There is no ETA for resolution of this problem.
OIT technicians are working to resolve serious hardware issues ASAP. Note that Fuqua Network services are unaffected and Fuqua users should be able to access FuquaWorld, network drives and Meeting Maker as normal.
