Synchronize Duke NetID with Fuqua NetID

Your Duke NetID and Fuqua NetID are two separate accounts. When first created, they have separate passwords. Faculty, staff, and students can synchronize one password for both accounts by following steps outlined below. Please note that choosing a new password will be required while going through this process to synchronize your Duke NetID and Fuqua NetID accounts.

  • Go to oit.duke.edu/selfservice. Log in with your NetID and password
  • Click on Accounts
  • Under account Login, click Change NetID Password
  • Enter the appropriate information
  • Enter your current password in the “Current password” field, create new password, confirm new password, and then click the Submit button.
