CampusNexus

CampusNexus is a system that is being used for event management, customer relationship management (CRM), and email campaign management.

One of the key advantages of using CampusNexus for email campaigns is that it provides tracking information - who opened the email, what links they clicked through, etc.

CampusNexus Client Software

Information for installing the CampusNexus Client software can be found on Galaxy. There is a word document in the directory that explains how to install the software.

PC ONLY

  • Connect to the Cisco VPN
  • Start
  • Run/Search
  • \\galaxy.fuqua.duke.edu\ro\Talisma_Installation_Manager\CRMComponents\Installation Manager Folder
  • Apply the latest patch: \\galaxy.fuqua.duke.edu\ro\Talisma_10_1_2\10.1.2\setup.exe

Please note: Simply installing the software does not provide access to the system. You must first have a user account set-up on Talisma. Please contact the system administrator to get an account set-up.

Geetha Chandran in the Administrative Information Systems group is the system administrator. Please contact her for further information on the system, account requests and any further questions.

All system enhancement requests and suggestions should also be forwarded to her.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can more statuses be added to registration?
    Not at this time. This is a protected CampusNexus system property.

  • How much lead time is needed for setting up online registration?
    A three week lead time is strongly preferred. Less lead time may result in your online registration not being ready by the date you want to begin registration.
