Network Storage Within Fuqua For Students

Students have two supported options they can use for their personal and shared storage: OneDrive for Business and Box.

Students have been provisioned a Box account and OneDrive for Business account, by default.

The advantages and disadvantages of each:

Box allows you to share with users inside and outside Duke. Box has a limit of 50 GB of storage. However, students can create an adhoc, non-course Toolkit which will override the quota, but it'll be just one folder. This folder can grow beyond the 50 GB limit.

OneDrive for Business is used for collaboration with other users with a Duke Office 365 email account, and has a default quota of 1 TB. OneDrive cannot be shared outside of Duke.
